• MLS status changes, if applicable
• Send out introductions to all parties and add important dates to your calendar
• Confirm earnest money has been completed
• Keep track of contingency dates and send out 3 day reminders
• Complete commission agreement, send to all parties
• Create and distribute any non-urgent amendments, upon request 
• Order home warranty (if applicable)
• Request and distribute utility information
• Schedule closing and send a 1 day reminder to your clients
• Confirm the CD has been sent and if the file is clear to close
• Request a preliminary ALTA
• Submit PAC (if applicable)
• Complete all closing tasks upon closing for your office and MLS Platforms

**Files are processed in the order they are received, all new contracts will be processed within 24 hours with the exception of weekends.**

Basic Listing Package: $120

• Upload photos and signed disclosures

• Set up showingtime and supra
• Continuous updates

Full Service Package: $230

Ensures your paperwork and processes run smoothly. Includes marketing and basic package tasks:

• Send listing documents and disclosures to seller(s) to complete
• Ongoing client communication and "Listing is Live" email sent to seller(s)

A la Carte Options Available Upon Request

All new listings must be submitted through the listing intake form. Allow up to 48-hour turn around time.
