• Keep track of contingency dates and send out 3 day reminders
• Complete commission agreement, send to all parties
• Create and distribute any non-urgent amendments 
• Order home warranty (if applicable)
• Request and distribute utility information
• Schedule closing and send a 1 day reminder to your clients
• Confirm the CD has been sent and if the file is clear to close
• Request a preliminary ALTA
• Complete all closing tasks upon closing for your office and MLS Platforms

• Set up your client's offer in your signing platform 
• Include all exhibits that are needed 
• Fill in all offer information and special stipulations (if any)
• Send the completed offer to you for review and signature
• Send the offer to your clients

**Listing withdrawals are $50**

Must be submitted through the listing intake form. Allow up to 48-hour turn around time. **To go live the same day, the intake form must be submitted by 1 PM.** Bronze Package Only
